Container Stuffing Service in Istanbul

Loading a container correctly is a yard job, not a paperwork job. Our stuffing teams work directly on the yard floor, palletising, block-stacking, and lashing cargo inside the box before it ever reaches the terminal, with a photographed loading report handed over the moment the doors close.

How Our Yard Handles Container Stuffing

Every stuffing job follows the same sequence, whether the cargo is palletised general goods or loose bulk material:

  1. Cargo intake and inspection - pallets, crates, or bulk loads are checked against the packing list on arrival at the yard.
  2. Container pre-check - floor, walls, and door seals are inspected for damage or moisture before loading starts.
  3. Load planning - weight distribution and stacking order are planned to keep the container balanced axle to axle.
  4. Stuffing - forklifts and hand-loading crews place cargo tight to the walls, filling voids with dunnage where needed.
  5. Lashing and bracing - straps, blocking, and bracing are fitted according to cargo type and route.
  6. Photo report and seal - the finished load is photographed from all angles, the door is sealed, and the report is sent before dispatch.

Lashing and Securing Checklist

Lashing is where most transit damage claims start, and where most of them are prevented. Before a container is sealed, our crews confirm:

Istanbul Coverage, Both Sides

Stuffing requests come in from both sides of the city, so we run the same loading standard at our Ambarli storage yard on the European side and our Gebze container yard on the Anatolian side. Whichever yard is closer to your factory or warehouse, the same crew, the same checklist, and the same photo-reporting process apply.

Why a Photographed Loading Report Matters

A stuffing job is not finished when the door closes, it is finished when the shipper can see how it was loaded. Every job leaves our yard with a timestamped set of loading photos, so any dispute over damage, weight, or lashing can be resolved against real evidence instead of guesswork.
